*You're invited to join the FCBA-NY Chapter for one of the first in-depth
discussions of recent efforts to spur innovation in the market for video
programming...*

*Unlock the Box? **The Future of Video Programming and the Role of the FCC*
*Tuesday, March 22, **7pm-9pm*
Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, 101 Park Avenue, 27th Floor

The market for video programming is being fundamentally transformed by
broadband. New services, devices, and platforms are emerging throughout an
ever-growing ecosystem of firms, providing consumers with an array of
choices for consuming video of all kinds. Questions remain, though, about
whether existing regulations are adequate to support this brave new world
of video competition. Join us for a discussion of recent attempts by the
FCC to explore how its rules might need to change to accommodate increased
consumer choice and innovation in the video space.

Speakers. Representatives from Google, Public Knowledge, and the cable and
programming sectors will be at the table for this discussion. Additional
details are forthcoming soon!
