[isoc-ny] IGF-USA in DC with remote hub in NYC

[ISOC-NY announcements]

On Thursday, July 16, the Internet Society of DC will present the Internet Governance Forum USA (IGF-USA). Speakers will include Vint Cerf, Steve Crocker, Larry Strickling and Internet Society CEO Kathy Brown.

The event will be streamed and can be watched in the Civic Hall Board room. Civic Hall is on the second floor of 156 Fifth Avenue at 20th Street in NYC.

At 2pm there will be a workshop here by the Internet Society of NY on digital currencies and blockchain technologies. It will will have remote participation by Jinyoung Lee
Englund of the Digital Currency Council. We have also invited Paul Vigna of the Wall Street Journal.
