[x-pubpol] Deadline for Submissions to HADOPI Consultation on "Exceptions to Copyright and Related Rights" Extended to July 15, 2012

HADOPI, the French administrative authority tasked with implementing the
three-strike graduated response to unauthorized P2P file sharing has
extended the deadline for responses to the very interesting public
consultation it is conducting on Exceptions to Copyright and Related Rights.

Interested parties now have until *July 15th* to submit their contributions.
