Hi,

This is unfortunately true. The operator declined to comply with the 
court order from the district court for a long time, but has now given 
in, anticipating that its appeal to a higher court (court of appeal) 
will be rejected.

There is a decision by the Court of Justice of the European Union that 
is contradicting the position of the Helsinki district court:
