This story has been very much in the news over the past couple of years,
Australian ISP iiNet being held accountable by AFACT who were asserting
secondary liability against the ISP for its users use of BitTorrent to
infringe movie copyrighted material.

Great outcome for Australia, all 5 judges supported iiNet being nothing
more than a carrier, and therefore not responsible or accountable for
its users uses.

Cheers

Keith
