H.R. 2930 or the “Entrepreneur Access to Capital
Act,”<http://www.rules.house.gov/Media/file/PDF_112_1/legislativetext/HR2930%201027b.pdf>
would provide companies the ability to raise up to $1 million (US) to fund
projects and companies. The bill will ease fund raising restrictions and
regulations on both companies and investors.   So if you are a start up in
need of an early round of financing, you no longer need to ask friends and
family, you can ask friend of friends or their extended network for seed
capital.
