This event gives all of us, beyond network operators, a window into its elements. Today sees the formal opening but if you visit the webcast, you'll find yesterday's warm up sessions full of technical presentations. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Note that for the webcast we are using Livestream's 'new'; design.
