The week off was caused by the IGF-USA which, thanks to Judith, and sponsor Afilias, was live captioned in all three tracks. We did have a hiccup or two early getting audio out to the stenos, so that is how come I will be showing re-captioned Vint Cerf keynote today. Also in the break I have met with Joyce Dogniez, ISOC's Senior Director, Global Engagement, who endorsed the idea of restarting the Chapter as a SIG.
