However, the foundation of the Internet's overwhelming success has been collaborative bottom-up multistakeholder standard making, based on practical application. And there is no reason that this process cannot continue and deliver us a trusted IoT future. But to acheive this it is necessary that all players work together and step wisely. At the Internet Society this principle is known as "Collaborative Security".</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 15px;padding:0px;background:0px 0px;border:none;color:rgba(0,0,0,0.870588);font-family:"graphik meetup",helvetica,arial,sans-serif">Olaf must have answered Craig Spietzle's question effectively, because within two months the Online Trust Alliance and the Internet Society had decided to totally <a href="https://www.internetsociety.org/otalliance">pool their resources</a>!
