[isoc-ny] IGF-USA 2019 Survey - last chance!

Today is the last day to fill out the IGF-USA topic survey. It's a simple
ranking of topics (drag them around). Make your preferences known!

For this year's survey, we opted to provide 15 well-rounded subjects,
rather than grouping 50+ topics into subject groups. While these survey
options are written as session ideas, the titles, descriptions and specific
subject matter are not fixed and will be shaped and decided by the panel
teams that gather around the 8 selected sessions. Additionally, instead of
rating them on a scale (*Not Important-Neutral-Important), *respondents
will be asked to rank the 15 Panel options 1st through 15th.
