At last year’s inaugural event Manhattan Borough President, *Gale Brewer* and
the Mayor of Haarlem, Netherlands, *Jos Wienen* signed a Memorandum of
Intent to further collaboration between the two cities. Again this year
three startups chosen by each country are selected to present to a panel of
experienced judges. The event, which takes place in the brand new Columbia
University *Lenfest Center of the Arts <https://lenfest.arts.columbia.edu/>*,
