 Perhaps motivated by perennial criticism that the USA Iinternet Governance
forum (IGF-USA) is too DC-centric, before the DC event happens on July 27
2018, co-chair Dustin Phillips has jumped in his jalopy and taken it on the
road. Tonight he is in SF. We will be hosting him in NYC on May 22
