Tue Apr 24 05:38:04 PDT 2018

The annual Net Inclusion conference is run by the National Digital
Inclusion Alliance <https://www.digitalinclusion.org/> (NDIA) a very
worthy 'boots on the ground' organization. This plenary session well
illustrates the valuable work they do, and includes a rousing call from
Susan Crawford to "make a ruckus" about exclusionary regulatory polices.
