These essays are a great gathering of viewpoints on the intractable, and
topical, issue of content rules. For instance, Sylvain argues for
"substantial retooling' of §230 to include good faith provisions,
Grimmelmann is equivocal, citing Godel: "no social system can be both
consistent and completely tolerant" but notes that, as other jurisdictions
increasingly legislate,  §230's influence is diminishing, while Zittrain
cautions against messing with §230's bright line.
