[isoc-ny] No ISOC DSNC Hangout this week, but watch IGF-USA videos!

Hello everyone.

We will be skipping the Internet Society Disabled & Special Needs Hangout
this week, but I recommend instead a viewing of the videos from the IGF-USA
2017 last Monday.

​While we had live captioning on all 3 streams, there were a couple of tech
problems early morning and afternoon, e.g. Vint Cerf's keynote.

In fact this is what I will be doing today. Fixing the captions on those
segments.​ So come back in a day or two for them.
