Code for All is essentially Code for America rolled out to the rest of the
world. Proliferating brigades of civic hackers are  are firing up local
open data initiatives and other civic programming projects. This is their
first summit. It's a two day affair but only the first day is plenary, the
second is workshops.

civic hacking movement; * Comparisons of program implementation across
borders. The evnt will also include spotlights on the work Code for All
