A message below from Kaarli Tasso announces initial planning meetings for OneWebDay NYC
which wiil this year be on Tuesday, September 22 2009. The theme for 2009 is digital inclusion.,
briefly expressed as One Web. For All.

If interested please come to the meetings if possible, and also join the OWD NYC group

We're a little late getting started because of the transition of founder Susan Crawford into
the Obama administration, but there's still plenty of time to mount a great event. 

The first meeting is tomorrow Wednesday.

We're having two brainstorming meetings for OneWebDay NYC 2009, both at New Work City @7pm and all are welcome.

We've done a lot of exciting things in the past. Let's think about what worked and what new things we want to try this year. 
The goal is to have a consensus by the end of the second meeting on specific activities to focus on for the September event.

We'll start the meetings at 7pm sharp, run through 8, and then spend the next half hour or so in general chatting. We need to be out by 9.
